Coach Escareno grew up playing baseball in the West Dundee area and lives and breathes all sports, but specifically baseball. He has been around the game for the past 15 years playing and coaching the game. His goals are to make all players he sees better athletes. John has been working with large sports programs and the park district to develop athletes in the Fox Valley Area for many years and also works as a High School Teacher in D300.

Coach Christ is the Fastpitch Director for our Academy and has 11 years of Coaching Experience. She played at Jacobs HS Varsity for 3yrs. She was an All-Conference player at ECC. Monica specializes in Pitching and Catching. Coach Fijalkowski is the Baseball Director for our Academy and has 25 years of Coaching Experience. He played for West Chicago HS as a Pitcher. He was an All-Conference player at College of DuPage. Transferring to St. Leo University in Florida and played in two DII College World Series.
